  • Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

    If you have any concerns with your shipping address you must contact us promptly after placing your order to change the shipping address.  To reach out to us to change your shipping address you can either email us or chat with us during regular customer service hours.
  • Can I exchange a product?

    Due to how fast our stock sells out on products we process all exchanges as a return for store credit. We will issue you a store credit with no expiry so that you may shop for the perfect replacement item at your convenience.

    All purchases that meet the following requirements are eligible for return.   • Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

    The cost of the return shipping label is a flat rate fee of $5 CAD. This will be deducted from your store credit (gift card).
  • Do you ship to PO/APO/FPO addresses?

  • How long before my order ships?

    Orders are fulfilled daily M-F. Most orders are filled between 24-48 hours (excluding orders placed on weekends). You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. If you did not receive a confirmation email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folder.
